A charming stay with an helpful staff-special shout-out to Claire for her quick responses! Located a short walk from the city center, the cute atmosphere and cozy ambiance. Breakfast was good, with fresh fruits and meats. Truly a gem for travelers seeking comfort and friendliness!

I stayed in a Beautiful Room for two nights and the staff were super friendly. I was a bit disappointed with the limited breakfast options and room decor could use a refresh. Still, the location was great, close to the Duomo!

Thanks very much for the great stay, nothing to complain about. Hotel is fairly clean and wonderful, the location is super. The rooms are tasteful and fantastic, provided with with tea as well as sky TV. The staff are wonderful, and the owner too.

The staff was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, very attentive, no reason to complain. Central location of this moderately priced hotel was a bonus. Moreover, it was just off the main areas, the Duomo in the centre and great Sicilian restaurant called "13 Giugno".

The air conditioning struggled to keep up!!! Poor functionality with the kettle and coffee machine was frustrating, especially when dealing with an outdated setup!!!

The hotel is located in a beautiful residential area; close to the centre and very quiet. The inner courtyard forms an oasis! We have received unannounced about s for dinner, although there is no restaurant. Breakfast varied and delicious. All employees. courteous and polite.
Bathroom fittings were not quite in order.
